Introduction
Welcome to Sun City’s Boulevards where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are consistently well executed from appetizer to dessert. Boulevards was recently reimagined with a multi–million–dollar makeover. From the striking yet casual interiors to the reach–out–and–touch golf course and mountain–view alfresco dining patio, Boulevards is a winning combination of well–priced offerings, a diverse menu (with options for all kinds of diets), and top–flight service. Reopened in early 2023, Boulevards had been shuttered for well over a year during its transformation.
The Boulevards Wait Is Over
Residents eagerly awaited Boulevards’ grand opening. They weren’t disappointed. The modern dining area is open concept with floor–to–ceiling walls of glass overlooking a five–star view of a resort–style swimming pool and spa. Enjoy outdoor dining on the spacious patio. The mountains beyond complement the cool and contemporary design. Boulevards serves lunch and dinner from 11:00 am to 4:30. Dinner is available between 4:30 to 8:00 (Friday until 9:00). On the weekends enjoy breakfast at Boulevards from 7:00 to 11:00.
A menu for everyone

The expansive dinner menu offers something for everyone. The Pan–seared filet of sole with perfectly done fresh veggies and not–to–be–missed garlic mashed potatoes is a favorite and priced well below what you’d find at area eateries. You can also ask for the gluten free option for healthier dining. You can’t go wrong with the signature Coachella Burger with candied pepper bacon and local Medjool dates on a brioche bun. Homemade chicken pot pie is a Boulevards’ fave.
The nightly specials bring in the crowds. Especially when it’s fried chicken night. Special menus are prepared for holidays, like corned beef and cabbage for St. Patrick’s Day. All desserts are made in–house including the old–fashioned bread pudding. If you’re feeling decadent, order the Mudd Pie- it may put you in a diabetic coma, but its worth it!
For vegetarians, there are also menu options. Per the friendly Restaurant Manager, Hunter, they are in the process of preparing a lite-menu too for those that prefer health concious options.

Get Happy at Boulevard's Happy Hour

A lively Happy Hour happens daily in the bar area from 2:00 to 5:00 pm. Generous pours of house wine begin at $5. Craft cocktails including Margarita rocks and Tequila Sunrises pack a punch. Well–priced appetizers range from mini sliders to Thai coconut shrimp to Baja fish tacos and loaded potato skins encourage you to skip dinner.
There are three outdoor firepits overlooking the greens, where you can enjoy cocktails while mingling with others. Theirs an outdoor dining area too that has misters, ceiling fans as well as heaters, for your al fresco dining enjoyment.
Arriving early is a must to get a seat. If you miss it there is a “reverse” happy hour from 8:00 to 9:00 pm.
Buon Appetito
